● Lunch and snacks (peanut/nut-free) and a water bottle
● Indoor running shoes, for the winter/fall season if possible.
● Extra clothing - place in a clear Ziplock bag with your child’s name on it.
● If interested, you may wish to support our fundraiser with Mabel’s Labels and purchase name tags/labels

BUS STUDENTS

Families can access schoolbuscity.com to check to see if their child qualifies for busing. This will also provide you with the bus stop and the time of pick-up and drop-off. Please note the following in regards to busing:
● Parents/guardians must be at the bus stop to meet their child at the end of the day. If there is no guardian at the stop, the bus will return your child to the school.
● If your child is eligible to take the bus, please inform the teacher if they will NOT be taking the bus home. At the end of the school day, we will have all eligible bus students take the bus home unless you have informed the office/teacher of alternate plans.

PEANUTS AND NUT PRODUCTS

We would like to remind all of our families that we have several students who are allergic to peanuts and nut products. Please do not send any food items that contain nuts or nut products to school. We also ask that you do not send your child to school with products that mimic nut products, such as WOW Butter. These types of products are extremely similar to the actual product and are difficult to distinguish from the real product. This can also cause anxiety in those with allergies.

MEDICAL NEEDS AND FORMS (forms can be obtained from the office)

● Self-Administration of Medication
● Anaphylaxis Health Care Plan
● Asthma Health Care Plan
● Diabetes Health Care Plan
● Epilepsy Seizure Disorder Health Care Plan
If your child has any medical needs, please complete the appropriate forms and send them to school.
